Hi, I am Kristina. I am 24 years old and live in Ostholstein.

What do you do at Splitbot?
At Splitbot, I am responsible for administration. I handle administrative HR matters, incoming and outgoing invoices, sales planning, and support our management in all other administrative areas.
Furthermore, I was among the first to successfully test the Splitbot Omega package and now the Sigma package in live operation.

How did you come to join Splitbot?
Through my employment in administration at Kontor Business IT, I had the opportunity to accompany, support, and watch the Splitbot team grow throughout its journey.

What would you like to tell us about your private life?
In my private life, I enjoy being surrounded by music, whether it’s concerts, musicals, or simply relaxing with headphones on. If I hadn’t pursued training as an office management assistant, my second choice would have been interior design or something similar. Therefore, I regularly come up with new ideas for renovating and sustainably beautifying my home.

In the Sci-Fi universe, you would be…?
In what? Can I also be a Disney Princess?
After asking around briefly, I was told “Valkyrie”.

What do you like most about Splitbot?
What I appreciate about Splitbot is the dynamic team. It’s rewarding to witness how diverse individuals, with their unique perspectives, ideas, and skills, create something new, whether it’s the development of Splitbot or the marketing. They have created something truly great from an idea by our esteemed CEO and breathed life into the little bots.

Hello, I am Caro, 32 years old, and I live in Bad Schwartau.

What do you do at Splitbot?
Together with Tadeusz, I am part of the founding team and Managing Director of Splitbot. There, I am primarily responsible for Human Resources, Marketing & Sustainability.

How did you come to join Splitbot?
We originally come from the traditional system house business and are the external IT department for our clients with Kontor Business IT GmbH. In 2020, in the midst of the lockdown, it quickly became clear that small and medium-sized businesses still had significant shortcomings in the areas of digitalization and automation. Since Tadeusz had the idea of digital assistance in the form of AI-powered software in mind for years, we began to develop the project out of Kontor. In March 2023, we spun off the project into its own GmbH.

What would you like to tell us about your private life?
In my free time, I enjoy being in nature with my horse and dog, or engaging in various activities with my friends or family – also often abroad. When time permits, I read a good book or volunteer for sustainability & animal welfare.

In the Sci-Fi universe, you would be…?
Quill from Guardians of the Galaxy – always willing to find creative solutions to tricky situations without losing his sense of humor.

What do you like most about Splitbot?
That’s a difficult question, as I currently enjoy almost everything: We are developing a product that offers real added value to our customers in their daily administrative chaos. It is truly amazing to see how the software grows from an idea to actual application. We are fortunate to have found a great team that not only enjoys working together but also enjoys the work itself. I look forward to what the future holds for us.
