Please introduce yourself briefly:
Hello, I am Caro, 32 years old, and I live in Bad Schwartau.
What do you do at Splitbot?
Together with Tadeusz, I am part of the founding team and Managing Director of Splitbot. There, I am primarily responsible for Human Resources, Marketing & Sustainability.
How did you come to join Splitbot?
We originally come from the traditional system house business and are the external IT department for our clients with Kontor Business IT GmbH. In 2020, in the midst of the lockdown, it quickly became clear that small and medium-sized businesses still had significant shortcomings in the areas of digitalization and automation. Since Tadeusz had the idea of digital assistance in the form of AI-powered software in mind for years, we began to develop the project out of Kontor. In March 2023, we spun off the project into its own GmbH.
What would you like to tell us about your private life?
In my free time, I enjoy being in nature with my horse and dog, or engaging in various activities with my friends or family – also often abroad. When time permits, I read a good book or volunteer for sustainability & animal welfare.
In the Sci-Fi universe, you would be…?
Quill from Guardians of the Galaxy – always willing to find creative solutions to tricky situations without losing his sense of humor.
What do you like most about Splitbot?
That’s a difficult question, as I currently enjoy almost everything: We are developing a product that offers real added value to our customers in their daily administrative chaos. It is truly amazing to see how the software grows from an idea to actual application. We are fortunate to have found a great team that not only enjoys working together but also enjoys the work itself. I look forward to what the future holds for us.
